Jewellery Club: Textures | Term Three, 2024

Elevate your designs with texturing techniques, including reticulation, printing, stamping and collage. Use contrasting texture to tell a story - rough and smooth; light and dark; colour and monochrome etc. Take your time to consider materiality and develop thoughtful, elegant pieces.
Suitable for jewellery students with intermediate to advanced skills who want to evolve their work.

Content

Each week a new technique and/or design brief will be offered, so that you can experiment and develop your ideas. You will be encouraged to make sample pieces for future use, and to consider how to make sophisticated pieces using these techniques.
