The Learning Connexion’s Kids Art Holiday Programme is timed just right to keep your kids happy, engaged and having creative holiday fun!

Our holiday programme is taught by our experienced, colourful and creative tutors. Held at our vibrant Taita campus, we provide children with an unforgettable, authentic art school experience that nurtures the creativity and wellbeing of each student.

This is a hugely popular programme so book today to secure your child's place.

Week 1 Activities:
 
Mon 8th July: Making Clay
 
Come along and learn how to make your own environmentally friendly, air-dry clay. Using natural products, you can create with your creation!
 
Tue 9th July: Board Game Making
 
Love board games? Then let your imagination run wild and use it to design, build and play your very own board game.
 
Wed 10th July: Printing Pencil Cases
 
Be the envy of your friends with a personalised pencil case. Paint, print or draw your own design onto a brand new zip up pencil case.
 
Thu 11th July: Mask Me
 
Whether it be your favourite super hero, animal, a character from TV, a movie, a game, or something fresh from your own imagination, let’s see what awesome mask you can create.
 
Fri 12th July: Glitter Globes
 
Do you love snow globes? If so, you’re going to love making your own miniature world and sprinkling it with glitter.
 
Week 2 Activities:
 
Mon 15th July: Fairy Houses
 
Using natural and found products, make and decorate the most fabulous eco-friendly homes for your fairies.
 
Tue 16th July: Neon Painting
 
Follow an existing design or come up with your own, but either way it’s time to make canvas art that glows under UV light!
 
Wed 17th July: Shaving Foam Marbled Gift Cards
 
What can you get when you combine shaving foam and food colouring? Awesome marbling effects that can be used to decorate notebooks, gift cards, bookmarks and more.
 
Thu 18th July: Mural Segments
 
Have you ever wanted to work on a collaborative project that will hang on our Kids Art studio wall and feature in a gallery exhibition later in the year? Then come and decorate your own piece of our mural.
 
Fri 19th July: Cyanotype Printing
 
Delve into the science behind cyanotype printmaking. Use all kinds of objects, try out our dark room and make fabulous blue prints.

Kids' Holiday Programme and Children's Art Classes: Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

All classes need a minimum number to go ahead. If a class is cancelled, we will let you know two working days prior to the scheduled start date.  If a class is cancelled, you may transfer to another available class, or you will receive a refund.

Please note: Parents must give 24 hours’ notice if their child will not be attending booked sessions. Failure to do this will mean the full fee for days booked will still be charged.  Occasionally classes are cancelled due to insufficient numbers. If this happens, we will contact you and offer you a refund or credit for another session/class.
