Wardens

All TLC buildings have floor wardens who are trained in evacuating people in an emergency.  TLC also has an emergency response team (ERT). Floor Wardens wear bright orange vests and ERT members wear bright yellow vests.

Emergency Incidents

One or more of the following events may be as a result of, or driven by, another event. For example, an earthquake may cause electricity failure, which in turn may cause people to become trapped in a lift. 

Do not assume that others have reported such events or that they are related. Follow the instructions detailed below:

• Earthquake

• Fire

• Tsunami

• Severe weather

• Medical emergency

• Landslide

• Trapped in a lift

• Hazardous substance alert

• Suspicious package/bomb alert

• Violence/Aggressive Behaviour

• Suspicious Persons/Criminal Activity

• Hostage Situation

• Water failure

• Electricity or Gas failure

• Coronavirus
