Information for Students ordering Student ID cards
Student ID Cards cost $10.00 and are valid for the dates of your current enrolment.
We will need to receive your payment and a passport style photo before your order can be processed.
Our ID cards are printed by an external supplier and orders are placed in Weeks 1, 4 and 7 of each term.
Photo Requirements:

Your photo must meet these requirements:

File type is .jpg or .jpeg

The photo is full-colour with good clarity

Plain background
-
Include your whole face, facing forward with a clear gap around the sides of the head, including hair

No hats, sunglasses, glasses with tinted lenses that obscure eyes
-
No headbands or head covering (except on religious grounds)
-
No logos or icons
-
No other people are visible in the photo
-
Photo must be no more than 6 months old

A tax receipt will be issued to you upon receipt of payment.
Picking up your card
Our admissions team will email you once your card has arrived.

If you are an Onsite student, you can pick up your card from the Lab Gallery Store.

If you are a Distance Delivery student, and are not able to pick up your card onsite, we will post this to your address we have on file, so please make sure your postal address is up to date.

If you need urgent proof that you are a student, you can contact Programme Support or email ps@tlc.ac.nz for a ‘proof of study’ letter to be emailed or faxed.
