Hot Arts

TLC has specialist facilities that offer students a rare opportunity to explore their creativity through the transformative qualities of fire. Our classes specialise in ceramics, bronze and glass casting, as well as metal fabrication and blacksmithing.

In our Hot Arts area you can melt bronze and cast it, soften steel and forge it, shape clay and bake it, heat glass and slump it.  Students utilise materials and processes not found in the common home and turn their drawings, clay and wax models, into sculptures.
