John came to The Learning Connexion from the creative field of landscaping.

This gave John a sound appreciation of the creative process and the need for an artist to fully explore and understand their materials.

The processes within art making are inherently transferable. So, as a tutor, John’s aim is not only to help a student access their creativity through art making but make their engagement as personally relevant and sustainable as possible.
